Bringing happiness into people's lives

Welcome to Hope View Sensory Farm

We are a non-profit sensory farm aimed at giving people who live with dementia or Alzheimer’s a little time-out. We have worked hard for the last year to get this project off the ground with the backing of Wigan Council, My Pets Vets and many more local businesses and volunteers.

We have created an environment full of sensory stimulation:
  • Go for a leisurely stroll around the farm and take in the delicious scents from an abundance of flowers, shrubs and trees
  • Sit quietly by the pond listening to the cascading waterfall and birdsong
  • While away the hours fishing on one of our custom-built fishing pegs
  • Feed or pet our wonderful array of animals and birds
  • Take part in one of our creative activities in the gorgeous summer house or workshop

We want to help to bring a little happiness into people’s lives and you are guaranteed a warm welcome.

WE ARE A NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION. IN THE NEAR FUTURE WE INTEND TO BECOME A REGISTERED CHARITY.
